K2 Cinch 05x Snowboard Binding

The K2 Cinch 05x Snowboard Binding is packed with performance and simplicity. Offering step-in-like ease and high-end handling, K2 takes this unique design to a new level. Instead of undoing both straps for entry and exit, you utilize the Cinch's moving highback that pops into place at the flick of a lever. Increased adjustability allows you to fine tune each aspect of fit for ultimate comfort and control. The new Cored Ergo highback and aluminum baseplate reduce weight. For all-day cruising, the Cinch 05x is equipped with leather Caddi ankle straps and K2's comfort toe strap - both are 3D-shaped to form to your boots and offer awesome support. Step away from step-ins and enjoy the stepped- up performance of the new Cinch 05x.

Bottom Line: Step up.
I rode the Cinch when I demoed this binding last season and was amazed at the improvements that were made. The feel is amazing and totally customizable, easy entry, and great hold. K2 is only getting better every year. - Anonymous

I have used other strap-on bindings and K2 clicker bindings and these new K2 Cinch bindings are the bomb! The flip-down high back makes for easy entry and makes it almost like the Flow bindings, but with more adjustments. You don't have to sit down to strap in off the lift. Great support and easy entry. The best K2 snowboard binding yet! - Anonymous

As a former Flow user, I like the new Cinch system a bit better than the flow set up. Adjustability is easier with the hybrid design and it seems to hold my feet down a bit better. The binding does make a slight popping noise sometimes, but it doesn't seem to be a real problem and I don't notice it on the mountain, just at home where it's quiet when I'm adjusting my setup. Overall I'm pretty happy. - iShred
